Is Bounce Casa Blanca insured?
Yes, Bounce Casa Blanca is fully licensed and insured.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, to secure the date we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your event. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be applied towards a different date if you need to cancel or reschedule as long as you give us a week's notice.
How do I pay my deposit and balance?
We are now accepting all major credit cards, mobile payments (Zelle, Apple Pay, and Venmo).

*Bounce Slide- 13.8x13.8x11.5 Tall
*Please note that if your party is indoors it is the clients responsibility to ensure that there is enough ceiling clearance.
How do you clean your bounce houses?
We clean and disinfect our bounce houses before each event! We use hospital-grade disinfectant for all our bounce houses. We take cleaning seriously over at Casa Blanca in order to ensure a sparkling clean bounce for your event!
What surfaces do you set up on?
We can set up on Asphalt, Concrete and our personal favorites, Turf and Grass!
What do I need to do to prepare for the bounce house?
Aside from the space needed to set up the bounce house, access to an electrical outlet within 50 feet of the bounce house is needed. If this is not possible, we will need to know in advance in order to supply a generator at an additional charge. It is the customers responsibility to obtain any and all proper permits required prior to the event.
How many people can jump at the same time?
Up to 6 children bouncing at a time or 3 adults. Never more than 700 pounds should be in the bounce house at once.
What happens if it rains?
Mother Nature is unpredictable and rain and heavy winds happen! But we’ve got a plan for you, ask us about our rain policy!
Is there an attendant for the duration of the rental?
We do give the option of hiring an attendant for your event. The attendant will monitor and supervise the bouncers. This is available for an additional fee of $100 for 5 hrs.
How long is set up?
The bounce house takes about 30 minutes to set up and about 30 minutes to take down.
Can you add balloons to the bounce house?
We work with some of New York + New Jersey’s top balloon artists! It is a bit tricky installing balloons to the bounce house, so choosing an artist who has worked with us before will yield the best design! Ask us about our special promotional packages for the best prices.
